The Brief & Solution

This Horsham cottage garden was basically a massive, unleveled lawn full of unusual angles and random structures. The owners wanted to keep that classic cottage charm, but they desperately needed a layout that actually worked for relaxing, hosting, and letting the kids run wild.

So, we leaned into the quirky shape instead of fighting it. We traded the boring stretch of grass for winding paths and huge, lush plant beds that draw you through the space. By breaking up that giant lawn into distinct little zones, there's still plenty of room to play, plus cosy dedicated spots for dining, chilling, and soaking in the views.
